Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-09

We want you to be happy with GenMention. This page describes when refunds are available.

[REVIEW WITH LAWYER] Adjust the refund window and conditions below to match your business preferences and local consumer-protection law (the EU has stricter rules than the US). This skeleton represents a founder-friendly default.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide it’s not for you within 7 days of your initial purchase, email us at [REVIEW: billing@genmention.com] and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account, or by managing your subscription via the Paddle customer portal link sent in your billing emails.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods after the 7-day window.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within the 7-day window. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal for the next year.

4. Disputes

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. If you have a billing dispute that we cannot resolve directly, you can also raise it through Paddle’s dispute process documented at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

5. Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment, so no refund is applicable. You may delete your free account at any time from the account settings page.

6. Contact

Refund requests, billing questions, or anything else: email [REVIEW: billing@genmention.com] or use our contact form. We respond within 1 business day.
